Our pets are not always here for a long time and so we try our best to make it a good time. These kits will help you and your pet make unique memories together that will last a lifetime. They are ready for you and your pet no matter the occasion. Let’s celebrate a beautiful life.
Celebration Packages
Creating memories with your pet includes having fun, trying new things, and making something special. These kits can be used to celebrate birthdays, gotcha days, or end-of-life — you can use them to check off a few bucket list activities.
Our kits are ready to go and can be delivered quickly or brought to your next in-home visit. These are currently only being offered to existing clients and patients.
For pets who have limited time left, we offer an altered version of the kit. These kits can be brought by Dr. Stephanie when she visits for an in-home euthanasia appointment and you can create beautiful memories in your final moments together.
Our Story
Dr. Stephanie came up with the idea for a bucket list package at the same time she dreamed of opening Gentle Journey Vet Care. Near the end of her dog Tembo’s life, she wanted to make sure he could check off as many things as possible on his bucket list.
There was such joy in completing the activities with Tembo and she realized that not everyone has that opportunity. She wanted to create experiences for pet guardians to celebrate the love of their beloved companion.
Our Kits

Memory Maker Kit
The Memory Maker Kit will help you enjoy special moments with your pet that will last a lifetime. This kit includes:
Glass Paw Print Kit by Hot Paws
Special snack for your pet to enjoy
Instant Camera (Instax Mini 12, yours to keep)
30 exposures to take pictures for the camera

This kit can be brought to your next scheduled appointment or be delivered by mail (extra fees may apply).
Bucket List Kit
This kit will be delivered by Dr. Stephanie at the time of your in-home euthanasia appointment. She can assist you in enjoying and completing the kit with your pet, or give you privacy to complete it on your own. This kit includes:

10 exposures to take pictures for an instant camera (Dr. Stephanie will bring a camera to use for the photos)
30 additional minutes added to the in-home euthanasia appointment (usually 1 hour)
